Appetizers Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops: Fresh large sea scallops wrapped with prosciutto, broiled with wine and stock. Artichoke Hearts & Mushrooms: Marinated artichoke hearts and button mushrooms over fresh garden greens. Eggplant Rollitini: Sauteed eggplant rolled and stuffed with ricotta and fresh herbs with pomodoro sauce and provolone cheese. Sauteed Mushrooms: White button mushrooms sauteed in extra virgin olive oil & butter with italian herbs and marsala served with herb mayonnaise. Shrimp Cocktail: Extra large plump shrimp with our own spicy chili sauce with horseradish and lemon. Chicken Tenders: Strips of chicken breast lightly breaded and frried with bleu cheese, barb-b-que sauce, celery and carrot sticks. Fried Provolone: Lightly breaded provolone wedges served with pomodoro sauce for dipping. Antipasto: An assortment of italian genoa salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, aged provolone and marinated vegetables. Steamed Mussels: Cultivated mussels steamed in tomato and wine sauce served with crustini. Fried Calamari: Lightly breaded calamari served with pomodoro sauce for dipping or with hot sauteed peppers and pomodoro sauce. |
