Skillet Pastas
Created by My Way Cafe Chef/Owner John Bove.
Skillet Pasta Entrees are complete meals individually cooked to order in a skillet.
Even the sauce is prepared in the skillet, which allows the sauce to be absorbed into the pasta

Pasta Carbonera:  Fettuccine in a sauce of egg, butter, cream, Romano, and parmesan cheese, proscuitto, and spinach.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions: #3, #17, #33).  $16.95

Pasta Puttanesca Napoli:  Not the most elegant of names ("Puttanesca" means 'In The Manner Of A Puttana" - or "Lady Of The Night"), but surely one of the most delicious of pasta sauces.  This one is originally from the slums of Naples; the classic version of fettuccine, chili peppers, anchovies, ripe olives, capers, fresh garlic, pignolis and tomatoes.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions: #2, #16, #44).  $17.95

Mussels Fettuccine:  Steamed cultivated mussels in a light tomato and white wine sauce with fettuccine.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #1, #10, #40).  $17.95

Pollo~Melenzana

Chicken Parmigiana:  Chicken breast sautéed with provolone cheese, pomodoro sauce, Romano cheese and Italian parsley.  Served with a side of penne pasta.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #2, #18, #32, #38)  $16.95

Chicken Sorrentine:  Chicken cutler layered with eggplant, prosciutto, provolone cheese, pomodoro sauce, Romano cheese and Italian parsley.  Served with a side of penne pasta.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #6, #20, #31)  $17.95

lChicken Napolean:  Chicken Cutlet layered with baby spinach, eggplant, ricotta mold provolone and pomodoro sauce then finished with pecorino Romano and fresh Italian parsley.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #2, #16, #34).  $18.95

Chicken "Gran Gala":  Sautéed Marinated chicken cutlers with fresh mushrooms, mandarin oranges and then flambéed with an Italian orange liquor, with Arborio/Orzo risotto and vegetable de jour.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #5, #19, #45).  $18.95

Lasagna Rollitini:  Lasagna pasta rolled and stuffed with a blend of ricotta, Romano, parmesan cheese and spinach - baked with our savory marinara sauce and provolone cheese (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #1, #8, #40). $16.95

Involto di Melanzane:  Sautéed eggplant cutlets wrapped around a stuffing of ricotta with spices and herbs, then baked with pomodoro sauce and provolone cheese, served with a side of penne pasta.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #4, #13, #30)

Eggplant Parmigiana:  Sautéed eggplant cutlets baked with provolone cheese, pomodoro sauce, Romano cheese and Italian parsley.  Served with a side of penne pasta.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #2, #18, #32, #38). $17.95

Vitella~Melenzana

lTuscan Grilled New York Sirloin:  A fresh cut of tender sirloin grilled over coals the way you like it, then served with fresh made Cafe fries, wilted baby spinach, extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinaigrette, roasted sweet red peppers and gorgonzola cheese.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #2, #16, #37).  $24.95

Steak Pizziola:  A fresh cut of tender sirloin with medium hot peppers, covered in marinara sauce and provolone cheese.  (Chef Bove's wine suggestions:  #6, #16, #46).  $26.95
